Ormiston Families, a leading charity in the East of England, had a website that was no longer fit for purpose. Created in 2019, the site had become cluttered and confusing over time, with a difficult user journey that made it hard for people to find services or make donations. The design was outdated, and the site performed poorly on mobile devices, failing to meet the needs of its two core audiences: the professionals looking to partner with them and the end-users seeking vital support.

Our process began with a deep dive into the needs of their diverse users. We conducted a full UX audit and created two distinct personas: "The Professional" and "The End User" to guide our strategy. This user-centric approach led us to redesign the entire sitemap and user flow, focusing on simplifying the journey and making key information easily accessible. We adopted a "less is more" design principle to create a clean, modern, and mobile-first website that prioritised clarity and conversions.
